Return Policy

SAINT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Saint prides itself on customer satisfaction. If by chance you are not satisfied, read our policy carefully to proceed with a return. 

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY!

-Returns can be made up to 10 days after the package was delivered. Please allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed.

-Return credit will be issued in the form of a promotional code that can be applied to orders during checkout.

-Shipping is non-refundable. Return credit will be the total amount less the shipping charge.

-Saint is NOT responsible for return shipping. The customer assumes responsibility of return shipping. When shipping at item over $75.00 please consider a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. 

-Items are only eligible for return in: UN-WORN, UN-WASHED, UN-DAMAGED condition with the original tag attached. Each item will be inspected. If the item does not meet the criteria listed above the package will be shipped back and incur an additional shipping charge.

In making a return, please fill out the RETURN FORM that was included in your package. Please also include the original invoice in your return package.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:  Sale or Final Sale items can NOT be returned. This includes items that discount codes or promo codes are used on. Sale items are merchandise marked down or reduced price. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Final Sale items include: Jewelry, Underwear, Handbags, and Hats. 

SHOE POLICY:  Shoes are for EXCHANGE ONLY meaning you can ONLY exchange sizes. Shoes must be unworn, clean bottoms, and in original box. In the case that the proper size is SOLD OUT we will accommodate. When returning shoes please ship shoes back inside a shipping box. Any shoe returns not mailed back box over box will NOT be accepted.

PRE-ORDER POLICY:  Items that are purchased and labeled as PRE-ORDER are on a first come first served basis. When your order is placed we will charge your card the full amount. This is to reserve the item for you. Items are set with a Expected Ship Date. This date is an estimation of when it arrives in our warehouse, processes, and ships out. Returns can be made on pre-order items and will assume our normal Store Credit Return Policy. Only if we are unable to fulfill your order will we refund you the full refund. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  All international customers assume the charges accumulated with taxes/duties/customs/imports. All returns must have these charges paid in advance for items to be accepted as a return.
